Pastor of Worship & Administration
In June of 2003, Ken began working for Trinity as full-time Pastor of Worship. Ken grew up in Indian Lake, New York, located in the Adirondack Mountains. He and his wife Debbie went to school together, and first noticed each other at a family wedding on Valentine's Day, 1969. Ken and Deb were married on September 6, 1975, and moved to Schenectady. They have four children, a son, David, (11/3/78 - 12/17/13, killed in a line of duty death as a NY State Trooper) who married his wife Amy in October of 1999, and three daughters, Lynn, who married John Nuzback in November of 2006, Sarah, who married Matt Reinemann in December of 2005 and Christine, who married Shaun McDonald in January of 2008. They have been blessed with seven grandchildren...4 boys and 3 girls! They are excited to see the growth at Trinity, and wait expectantly to see what God has for their lives. One of their favorite verses is Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Barbara Dabravalskas (Dab for short!) has served Trinity for over twelve years in the position of Office Manager where she has been a member for nearly ten years and now teaches a ladies Sunday morning Bible study class. Its through her affiliation with Trinity that she had the privilege of going on mission trips, several times to Brazil and once to China.
She was brought up in the small town of Clarksville, New York and married her husband, John, in 1970, moving to the Schenectady area. They have four children and nine grandchildren.
Barb, having had a Christian mother, regularly went to Sunday School and church, but it wasnt until she was 16 years old that she went to what was known then as a theater (cinema today!) with her youth group, seeing Billy Graham there on screen! It was on that day that she responded to the altar call in that theater!! She is eternally grateful for this earlier time of conversion that kept her from so much that young people experience before accepting Christ.
Barb has an Associates Degree from Hudson Valley Community College and has worked at Youth for Christ, City Mission and now Trinity Baptist. She counts it a privilege to have served Christ in each of these places of Christian ministry.
Fred Warden, custodian at Trinity for 6 years. Married to Cathy. They have one son, Rick, who is attending Messiah College in Mechanicsburg PA. for mechanical engineering.

Nathan and Carissa were married in March of 2012. Prior to coming to Trinity, Nathan served four and a half years as part-time youth and music pastor of First Baptist Chruch of Palmer, Texas.
